We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional with expertise in EPC Contracts, Construction Law, Claims Management, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution to support high-value infrastructure, airport, industrial, and construction projects.

Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: LL. B. (Mandatory); LL. M. (Preferred)

✔️ Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC, construction, consultancy, subcontract, vendor, and JV agreements.
✔️ Advise project teams on contractual risks, claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute avoidance.
✔️ Assess and manage construction claims relating to delays, prolongation, disruption, escalation, variations, and damages.
