JOB DETAILS

1) Scrutinizing the legal documents and LSR.
2) Maintenance of MIS based on processing the bills of Panel Advocates & on the guidelines provided for Panel Advocates fees structure as per policy.

3) Co-ordinate with Vendors such as panel advocates & panel company secretaries etc.

4) Fraudulent transaction detection & control.

5) Co-ordinate with other department and resolve queries.

6) Attending training sessions conducted with regard to new amendments or modification in legal policy and be updated with the latest new amendments or modification in legal policy in general & with respect to local developing authorities.

7) Providing due diligence of the cases done.

8) Drafting and verifying various documents such as Notices, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, Registered Mortgage etc. and also replying to Notices, prepare Written Statements, Replys etc.
