Cutting edge scientific research organisation seeks to recruit a Legal Manager to take a senior role within their legal and IP team.
This newly created position will report to the Head of Legal, working as part of a team which includes legal, contract managers, IP and data professionals.
Responsibilities:
In this position you will lead on contract negotiation, advising and drafting complex, high value contracts including supply, research, collaboration, IP and public sector terms

You will assist in navigating complex bid/tender opportunities

Review contractual and operational frameworks associated with the bids and also procurement

Manage legal support on large scale national and international research projects
We are looking for: 
Law degree or other degree with legal commercial contracts experience
