Legal manager

Percept is looking for a Legal Manager with 6–10 years of experience to manage end-to-end legal matters including contracts, litigation, non-litigation IPR, copyright, IPR activities and corporate compliance. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, smart and well-versed in media/entertainment laws (Preferred not required), with strong drafting skills and the ability to independently handle litigation and non-litigation matters.
Job Description
Managing all the legal matters of the company,
Drafting Contracts, MOUs, Addendum, NDAs , Agreement for sponsorship, endorsement, Music, Retainers, employment, Permission etc,
Co-ordination at Police Station if any required
Managing work activities around IPR & Copy Rights Law, Music Licenses
Responsible creating documents related to labour laws, co-ordinate with law firms
Monitor the pending cases with the Advocate/External Counsel's office
Able to coordinate with other departments for collection of necessary inputs...
