- Assist in reviewing and preparing standard contracts and legal documents under supervision
- Maintain and update the company’s contract database and ensure proper filing
- Monitor and summarize updates of relevant laws and regulations affecting the business
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information or documents related to legal and compliance matters
- Contact and follow up with external parties including government agencies and consultants
- Support the legal team in compliance monitoring and documentation
- Prepare basic legal correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or legal manager
- Other duties assigned 
Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
