Legal Officer & Contracts Specialist

mothers2mothers is seeking a Paralegal / Legal Officer in Cape Town, South Africa. This permanent role involves providing legal support, contract management, and ensuring corporate compliance within the NGO sector. The ideal candidate will have a Law degree, be an admitted attorney or have substantial paralegal experience of at least 3 years.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal agreements, maintaining governance documents, and supporting POPIA/GDPR compliance. A competitive salary package will be negotiable in accordance with m2m's remuneration policies.
