Legal Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To handle and monitor property acquisition, title transfer the required compliance with various government officers/agencies
• To handle and monitor cases relative to property acquisition and title transfer
• To do contract drafting and reviewing, conduct due diligence and provide legal opinion and such other tasks relative thereto that maybe assigned from time to time
• To perform other legal functions that may be required or assigned from time to time as the business exigencies so require

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor Degree graduate
• Be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• Good knowledge in various laws and governmental regulations and issuances in relation to the real estate industry

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year legal practice in similar / related practice area / industry
• At least 1 year of litigation experience
