Job Description

Role Description  
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Pasig. The Legal Officer will be responsible for legal consulting, corporate housekeeping, business law, contract law, and other legal-related tasks to support SMGP's operations. 


Qualification  
sGraduate of Bachelor of laws (Juris Doctor), specializing in corporate, labor, or commercial law 
.Passed the Philippine Bar Examination (PBE 
)Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in corporate housekeeping, contracts management, and legal consultin 
gStrong analytical and problem-solving skill 
sExcellent written and verbal communication skill 
sAbility to work collaboratively in a tea
