Job Description Job Description Full job description About the role The Legal Operations Manager owns the day-to-day operational engine behind RightCapital's contracting work. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you won't manage people, but you will own processes end-to-end — from how a contract request comes in, to how it's reviewed, negotiated, signed, stored, tracked, and operationalized post-signature. You'll partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Billing & Finance, Customer Experience, Compliance, and counsel. You'll also be our point person for evaluating and operationalizing modern legal tooling, including AI-assisted contract review, as we mature our function. Strategic decisions on tooling, vendors, and direction are made in partnership with the VP of Operations; you bring the research, recommendations, pilots, and execution.
