Legal & Permit Senior Staff and Supervisor

Job Description

• Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide legal advice and support for operational, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate closely with the Permit Division to oversee and monitor mining-related permits, licenses, and reporting obligations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mining law, corporate regulations, and licensing frameworks in Indonesia.
• Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory changes, and advise management on potential impacts.
• Manage documentation, filing, and legal database for compliance and audit readiness.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Solid understanding of Indonesian mining regulations, permitting processes, and corporate law.
