Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and empathetic manner
• Conduct initial client intake and gather essential case information
• Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
• Maintain and update case information in the firm's CRM
• Follow up with prospective and current clients
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a
