Job Description
We are hiring a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) for a Lead Secretarial Role with 5–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end secretarial activities. The role requires strong expertise in statutory compliances, board processes, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.
Candidates with proven experience in handling secretarial functions independently and stakeholder management are preferred.
Secretarial Compliance
Monitor end-to-end tracking and adherence of secretarial compliances, with timely identification and closure of compliance gaps.
POA & LOA Processing and Governance
Support issuance of Power of Attorney (POA) and Letters of Authority (LOA), including drafting, approvals, registration, and stakeholder coordination.
