Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research to gather and analyze data for cases.
• Review and advise on existing and new legislation.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and pleadings.
• Assist in the preparation of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry legal regulations and compliances.
• Use online and print legal research tools to gather and organize information.
• Provide accurate, concise, and comprehensive legal advice to lawyers.
• Assist in the coordination of legal proceedings, including scheduling hearings and meetings.
