Job Description
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in litigation? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting legal professionals?
Position: Temporary Litigation Secretary (6 weeks)
Location: Outskirts of Auckland Central
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Assignment length: Starting on the 24th of June for 6 weeks potentially longer and potential to go permanent
How to get there: Street parking and nearby bus services available
Hourly Rate: $35 - $39 + 8% holiday pay
About the Role: Join a dynamic legal team, supporting two partners and three lawyers in a busy litigation practice. Your role will involve:
Managing court documents and electronic case books Handling phone calls from clients regarding their immigration needs Assisting with reporting and billing tasks Providing occasional support to independent lawyers with vario...
