Kennedys is seeking a career legal secretary to join our vibrant Melbourne office on a full-time, permanent basis.

We handle both contentious and non-contentious matters across a broad range of industries, providing claim and coverage advice to insurers and insureds worldwide.
Role
This role delivers comprehensive, proactive legal secretarial support to the Employment and Insurance teams within the Melbourne office. Key responsibilities include managing litigation related administrative tasks for fee earners such as preparing documentation and claims, liaising with clients, courts and regulatory bodies, and overseeing client billing and business development activities.
