We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary / Litigation Assistant to join a highly respected and fast-paced Louisiana plaintiff litigation practice. The ideal candidate must have prior experience specifically handling plaintiff-side car and trucking accident injury claims and be capable of managing files from intake through settlement or trial with minimal supervision. Required Experience To be considered, candidates must have: A minimum of 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Significant experience handling car wreck and trucking accident injury claims Strong working knowledge of: Bodily injury claims Property damage claims Medical records and treatment coordination Litigation procedures Settlement demands Federal and state court filings About the Role This position serves as a critical component of the litigation team.
