Job Description You will partner and support key business units on product development, IP, protection and launch / distribution. This role will act as an advisory function to help business (product focused) teams manage complex commercial and regulatory landscapes across the APAC region. You will support product, sales and marketing teams with real-time legal advice, as well as longer term IP related matters. New products launched will face cross-border IP challenges and regulatory obstacles, your role (with the help of in-country counsel / external vendors) will be to anticipate and predict ahead of time where resources should be allocated to overcome challenges.
