Legal Senior Officer

Overview

We are seeking a Legal Officer (Assistant Manager / Manager) to provide regional legal support across Southeast and South Asia within a multinational organisation operating in a specialised technical and services environment.

The business works through a network of regional subsidiaries and external partners while also engaging in collaborative initiatives with institutional stakeholders. This role will focus on strengthening legal oversight, managing risk exposure, and supporting compliance across day-to-day commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Contractual Support

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, collaboration agreements, and other business arrangements (approximately 50–60 matters annually, with selective drafting requirements).
