• Contract Template Development: Develop and recommend standardized contract templates for common agreements used by PBU companies, ensuring they are legally sound, practical, and cost-effective.
• Contract Policy Formulation: Create and propose policies regarding the custody and management of original contracts for PBU approval.
• Contracts Management System Oversight: Manage and supervise the implementation of the cloud-based Contracts Management System, ensuring it effectively serves as the database for all PBU contracts.
