Job Description

                    ( Draft, review, and manage various commercial contracts (e.g., procurement, sales, cooperation, engineering contracts); 
Support land transaction matters, including due diligence, negotiation, and title-related procedures; 
Liaise with external law firms on litigation, arbitration, and special legal projects; 
Communicate with local government authorities to handle approvals, filings, and compliance matters; 
Oversee daily corporate compliance tasks, including policy updates, compliance training, and risk assessments; 
Perform other legal duties as assigned.
