Seeking an LLB Graduate for Recoveries & Third?Party Claims to manage the full recoveries and third?party claims process, ensuring accurate assessment, negotiation, and finalization within agreed turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end?to?end recoveries and third?party claims.
• Apply SA Law of Collisions, Law of Apportionment, and relevant case law.
• Negotiate effectively with insurers, brokers, clients, and third parties.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and portfolio flow.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal procedures.
• Assess merits and provide sound legal/technical guidance.
