Legal Technology Training Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, coordinate and conduct software training sessions for new and existing employees;

Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance with software applications and related systems;

Create and update training materials including manuals, presentations, exercises and “how-to” tips to ensure that they are comprehensive and engaging;

Analyze training needs and create programs accordingly, ensuring that they address specific gaps in knowledge and skills

Provide ongoing training and support to employees on all software applications, ensuring employees stay up to date with system updates and best practices;

Assess employee performance, offer personalized guidance and deliver constructive feedback;
