Job Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and handle client inquiries professionally
* Conduct client intake, take messages, and route concerns appropriately
* Schedule consultations and send appointment reminders
* Assist in preparing legal forms and documentation
* Monitor case progress and follow up on deadlines
* Update clients regarding their case status
* Maintain and organize digital records
* Assist with online submissions as required
* Ensure the principal lawyer stays on top of filing and hearing deadlines
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service (legal firm experience preferred)
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
