Legal/Compliance Officer

Job Purpose

The Legal & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the companys operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in Qatar. The role provides legal support, manages compliance frameworks, mitigates legal and regulatory risks, and supports business units—particularly jewellery and luxury watch operations—while maintaining strong governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Support

• Provide legal advice and support to management and business units on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including supplier agreements, franchise/brand agreements, NDAs, leases, and service contracts.
• Support dispute resolution, claims management, and coordination with external legal counsel when required.
