Heartland Bank Australia is growing, and we are on the lookout for two permanent Lending Analysts to join our Reverse Mortgages team based in Melbourne, Australia. This is a great opportunity for an experienced lending or credit professional who is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented and passionate about doing the right thing.

About the Role

As a Lending Analyst, you will credit assess and manage a pipeline of reverse mortgage applications from application through to approval and loan documentation. Depending on the team, your role may be more customer‑facing or non‑customer‑facing, with responsibilities tailored accordingly. You will play a critical role in ensuring strong customer outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
