Understand the entire Lending business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs which affect the overall business target including take up across assigned channel (industries & merchants)
Curates sales strategies in order to drive sales growth for the lending business in his/her assigned industry/channel. eg. Channel Expansion, Innovation, and Optimization
Monitors and analyzes KPI performance of all Lending products, performs root-cause-analysis, and craft proposals to enhance sales performance
Develop and execute channel specific promotions and campaigns. Includes managing the end-to-end process by leading cross-functional project teams.
