Lesson Coordinator

A Lesson Coordinator maintains a good quality of lessons by ensuring smooth lesson delivery, providing timely feedback to tutors lesson quality, and managing tutors' schedules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lesson Facilitation - conduct pre-lesson meetings and relay lesson materials' details and procedures, objectives, and additional reminders to tutors, ensuring a seamless flow of classes.
• Quality Assurance - conduct and provide constructive feedback to tutors based on lesson observations to improve tutors lesson quality and ensuring that tutors are applying these feedback.
• Reporting and Communication - Report any notable details taken from lesson observations, address inquiries or concerns tutors may have regarding lesson materials, and facilitate clear and effective communication between them and management.
• Schedule Management - review all lesson schedules, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
