Lessor Data Management Officer

Job Summary

The Lease Management Officer will be responsible for providing reports, monitoring, and communicating the organizational needs of the Lessor Management team performance based on their strategic cluster area of responsibility. They will also provide guidance and support to Lessor Management Officer, including addressing critical issues and concerns and building good relationship management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong Lessor relationships.
• Updates Lessor information details
• Check Lessor Information Sheet and Bank Details and update in the masterdatabase.
• Revalidated all secured signed copy of contract amendments, renewal of contract, property documents and acknowledgement of payment. Relayed to all officers the lacking documents. Update records in masterdatabase.
• Handover all notarized Contracts, Renewal, Amendments and Property Documents.
