Level 1 Scaffolder

Job Summary:
The Level 1 Scaffolder is responsible for assisting in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures at construction sites. The role ensures all scaffolding works are carried out in accordance with approved safety standards, site requirements, and company HSE regulations under the supervision of a competent scaffolder or supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures
• Ensure scaffolding components are properly handled, sorted, and stored
• Follow instructions from Scaffolding Supervisor or Inspector
• Comply with site safety rules and safe work procedures at all times
• Inspect scaffolding materials for damage before use
• Maintain good housekeeping at scaffolding work areas
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately
• Support loading and unloading of scaffolding materials
