Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 remote support to international customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Trouble-shoot issues relating to PCs, Laptops and peripherals including network connectivity, email, printing etc.
  • Support Microsoft O365 and other Microsoft Cloud services.
  • Provide an excellent IT support service to customers
  • Respond to phone calls, emails or support tickets related to technical issues.
  • Work within a strong team environment
  • Adhere to SLA requirements
  • Escalation of tickets as required.
  • Continuous training and development

Desired Experience & Qualification

2-3 years' experience in an IT support role, preferably within a multi-customer environment.

Advantageous to have Microsoft or other industry certifications (eg. A+, N+, O365).

Must have a sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Office 365.
