Clicks IT has partnered with a growing Managed Service Provider, to help them find a talented Level 1/1.5 Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Matraville.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative, supportive business where you'll be a key part of both their IT managed support services and print services support business.
About the Role
As a Level 1/1.5 Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for support across both Managed IT Services and Managed Print Services. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll split your time between customer support, troubleshooting, technical administration and some print supply inventory management.
What you'll be doing
- Handling Level 1 and Level 1.5 support tickets across IT Systems and Print systems.
- Remote and onsite installation of printers, drivers, workflows, and email integration.
