We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our ITaaS team. Your main responsibility will be to assist our external customers and frontline internal users by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, paving the way for effective application implementation. You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex network problems, data challenges, operating system setups, security configurations, and providing functional application guidance.
Responsibilities Include
Implementing infrastructure solutions on-premise and in Cloud environments.
Resolving incidents that first-level support cannot handle.
Sharing knowledge with team members to foster growth.
Providing process automation solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Assisting with first-level requests when there are no second-level tasks available.
