We are seeking a highly skilled Level 2 IT Help Desk Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing expert phone and remote support services. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components to ensure the seamless operation of computer systems and networks.
