Manages and supports Microsoft Teams, enabling effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

+ Administer Teams policies, users, and integrations;

+ Troubleshoot Teams-related issues;

+ Support voice/video conferencing and telephony features;

+ Train users and create documentation.
