The institute seeks to employ suitably qualified persons for the following roles: Level 4 Project Work Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarises students with the institute’s project guidelines and supervises project work initiation, execution and submission

• Reviews project work drafts and offers constructive feedback to students within reasonable timeframes

• Ensures students projects meet high-quality standards before submission to the institute

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related discipline

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a middle or top-level management role
