Leverage Finance Lawyer

LAW Absolute is working with a leading UK law firm. Their finance team is looking for an experienced leverage finance lawyer to join them on an initial contract period of 6 months starting asap. You will have experience in leverage and acquisition finance transactions as well as debt finance experience. The team advise corporate borrowers, private equity houses, funds and sponsors on UK and cross border leverage financings, corporate facilities and refinancings.
