General Summary:

Group Leader is responsible for overseeing and directing the crew performing troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Ensure daily scheduled plan is being followed and facilitated.

+ Ensure all Maintenance Techs have achieved 80% of their planned work hours for their shift.

+ Performs area walk through of dept to ensure daily work is being conducted.

+ This includes tracking of repairable(s) and the disposition process.

+ At all times, operate in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures.
