The Advocacy, Communications and Engagement (ACE) Manager will be responsible for researching and analyzing member-identified priority issues and translating them into collective policy positions and advocacy products for engagement with external stakeholders, including the United Nations, donor embassies, and the Government of Lebanon. The postholder leads the Lebanon Humanitarian INGO Forum’s advocacy and communications work, ensuring that member perspectives are accurately reflected in evidence-based, consensus-driven outputs and strategic engagement.
