**POSITION SUMMARY:**

We’re hiring an experienced **Liability Desk Adjuster** to handle third-party claims end-to-end—coverage, liability evaluation, damages assessment, negotiation, and resolution. You will move files with urgency, make sound, defensible decisions, and own the customer experience without hand-holding.

+ Manage a caseload of liability claims from FNOL to closure with accuracy, urgency, and empathy.
