Liaison Collector

Responsibilities

Contacting individuals or businesses to recover overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, resolve billing issues, and maintain detailed records, all while adhering to debt collection laws like the FDCPA. They use phone, email, and sometimes skip tracing to locate debtors, aiming to secure payments, process transactions, and ensure accounts are settled, balancing company financial goals with customer service and legal compliance.

Job Requirements

• ‑ w/ Motor Cycle
• ‑ Atleast Highschool Graduated or College Level
• ‑ Atleast 6 months experience as Collector
• ‑ Good Communications Skills/Customer Services Skills
