Job Description

On-site - Quezon City; No Experience Required; Diploma; Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding debts by contacting customers directly via phone or in person.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate collection efforts.
• Document collection activities and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with their payment options.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during the collection process.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
