Job Description

1. End-to-End Partner Onboarding & Guidance

• Serve as the main liaison for partners transitioning from the acquisition stage to active status.
• Systematically guide partners through the required document submission process, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all compliance items.
• Facilitate the collection and verification of essential partnership documents:
• Business Registration (e.g., DTI/SEC).
• Local Permits (e.g., Mayor’s Permit).
• Tax Information (e.g., BIR forms).
• Photos of the physical location and facilities.
• Detailed Service Menu and Pricing List.

2. Merchant Profile Setup & Quality Assurance

• Provide direct, step-by-step assistance to partners as they complete their Service Profile Setup within the Unleash Merchant Portal.
