Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

• Assigned to field work and run errands for the organization as directed by the General Manager
• Coordinates with the Purchasing/Logistic Staff for daily tasks
• Communicate with the business partners on behalf of the company
• Foster positive relationships with other business partners
• Maintain professional appearance/attire and proper grooming at all times
• Issuance of collection receipt and official receipts
• Assists the production and fabrication team in the delivery and installation of products
• Assigned to assist in the procurement of goods and materials
• Performs messengerial tasks
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
