Liaison Officer

Process with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), ensuring timely and accurate submissions

• Responsible for the in-house processing of all Seafarers' Employment Contracts (SECs) in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Visa processing for seafarers and other related documentation
• Coordinate and liaise with government agencies for approvals and compliance matters
• Maintain proper documentation and provide clear communication to management and seafarers
• Liaises with the DMW and various embassies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Previous experience as a manning agency liaison to DMW is an advantage
• Above-average verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective information exchange
• Strong knowledge of maritime legal and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in using computer programs and internet-based applications/tools
