Liaison Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in booking of interments in the site.
• Monitor and coordinate the delivery of services by funeral service providers, particularly for Libre Burol clients, ensuring service standards are met.
• Liaise and coordinate with Forest Lake and families of the deceased to provide customized and personalized interment services.
• Serve as the host of interment programs.
• Administer customer feedback surveys to all interment clients
• Perform other related tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time to support interment operations.

Job Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or has completed some college-level units.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
• Possesses excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
