• Support management with coordination and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of communications and activities
• Process bank transactions, including check deposits
• Handle check payments, bill payments, and official remittances
• Submit and collect documents from banks, government offices, and partners
• Follow up on approvals, permits, licenses, and official paperwork
• Deliver and receive official letters and documents
