Responsibilities:

• Manage daily library operations, including circulation, cataloguing, classification, and shelving of resources.
• Assist students and staff in accessing and using library resources, including digital and e-resources.
• Provide reference services and information literacy guidance to support research and learning.
• Maintain library records, statistics, and reports for audits and quality assurance.
• Keep track of the inventory of books, e-books, journals, and other reading materials within the library.
• Coordinate with lecturers and program leaders regarding the acquisition or ordering of materials for both the faculty and the library.
• Liaise with academic departments to ensure library resources align with curriculum and research needs.
