REPORTS TO: Student Services Director

JOB GOAL: To lead and manage the ICS Library, ensuring it is an engaging, inclusive, and resource-rich environment that supports students, faculty, and parents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring a smooth operation of the Library:

• Maintain all aspects of the library, including books, library management system (Follett AccessIt), periodicals, and equipment.

• Ensure consistent library access for students during school operating hours (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)

• Manage circulation, including check-out, check-in, and shelving of books
• Send out automated overdue notices and collect fines as needed
• Purchase new books, materials, and supplies for the library within the budgeted amount
• Create new accounts for patrons as needed, including students, faculty, staff, and parents.
