Our Client, a Behavioral Health company, is looking for a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for their Westfield, PA location. Responsibilities:
+ The Counselor I supports clients recovering from substance use disorders, behavioral challenges, and co occurring issues.
+ This role includes providing assessments, facilitating groups, supporting treatment planning, and offering crisis intervention.
+ Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
+ Facilitate group and family sessions
+ Document client progress and update care plans
+ Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning
+ Collaborate with referral sources, insurance, and care teams
+ Deliver education to clients, families, and the community
