Health Monitoring & AssessmentQualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN, depending on country)
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Training in occupational health (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (often required)
Emergency & First Aid Care-Provide immediate treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses; Maintain emergency response equipment (first aid kits, AEDs, oxygen, etc.)
Health Monitoring & Assessment-Conduct routine health checks (blood pressure, glucose, temperature); Perform pre-employment and periodic medical screenings.
Workplace Safety & Compliance-Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; Maintain confidential medical records; Support workplace risk assessments.
Health Education & Promotion-Provide health education and wellness counseling; Promote injury prevention and safe work practices.
